This post is mostly for my sister because she might be the only one who really finds it funny. Background: sometimes she and I make up new middle names for each other and address letters and packages with the faux middle name, and it looks like Bath and Body Works is now in on the fun, too:
My real middle name is Elizabeth so I have no idea why they would address it to Susan “Pauline!”
hah fun. I should start doing that, I need to think of the craziest name I can come up with.
That’s so weird–because it’s not even CLOSE to Louise, your TRUE middle name.
That’s so funny! My phone bill comes addressed to “Jammie Lynn” when my name is really “Jessie Lynn.” ?? Have no clue how they messed that up so badly! My husband calls me “Miss Spears” because he thinks it’s so funny.
Hee, hee. This makes me laugh b/c I have been telling people my middle name is Sheerah for years. Just for fun. (It’s really Sheila, but growing up I thought it was too “old lady.” Sorry to any Sheilas out there. But I already thought my first name was “old”–you just don’t meet many people under age 80 named Eileen. Maybe that’s why I’ve been getting membership info from the AARP since I was, like, eight.)
