Yesterday morning I had so much fun doing some portraits of this beautiful family. How gorgeous are they? Take a look (I especially LOVE this first black-and-white of them – so sweet!):
And then yesterday afternoon I second-shot for Sarah Hodzic along with Michael Juiliano at a really nice wedding in Fort Belvoir, but more on that soon!

As I mentioned, I had the great honor of photographing a princess party last weekend and here are just a couple of my favorite images (without posting too many faces – I didn’t seek specific permission from all of the parents to post their kiddos’ pictures on the blog):

All of the girls looked absolutely fantastic in their princess outfits. And I totally loved seeing the girls’ faces as Cinderella, the ultimate princess, sang songs, told stories and painted the girls’ faces. I had so much fun covering this event!
Just a really quick little peek at Hunter and Ava who I met on Sunday. Hunter had an impressive amount of energy. He was constantly on the move and I’m pretty sure he could’ve kept going for hours!

I had the pleasure of photographing beautiful 12 month-old Carly today. She was so excited about our photo shoot that she skipped her morning nap entirely! I wouldn’t have guessed that she missed a nap though – she was an absolute doll, and so easy-going in front of the camera. Here are a few of my favorites:
